Meet The Owner

Kara Cisneros

Hi, I'm Kara, an ACE certified personal trainer from Smackover, AR currently living in the Northwest Arkansas region.

Movement has always been a part of who I am. I started dance classes at the age of three and spent the next 20 years competing and teaching at Lucy's Ladies Dance Studio in El Dorado, AR. It was there that I learned what it meant to be disciplined, determined, and connected to myself.

In 2018, I found a new kind of movement - in the gym. What started as curiosity quickly became passion. Since then, I've grown in both knowledge and strength, learning the ins and outs of training, health, and lifting with intention. I became ACE certified in 2025 because I wanted to turn that passion into purpose - to help others get moving, build confidence, and feel powerful from within. 

Training has given me the physical and mental strength to take ownership of my life. Now, I get to help others do the same. Yes, it's you're responsibility, but you don't have to do it alone! Whether you're just getting started (been there), or ready to level up (been there too), I'm here to guide you toward strength that lasts.

    Convenience and Support All In One

    Online personal training sessions provide individualized programs blocked into 4 week increments. Weekly video check-ins keep you accountable and focused on your unique fitness journey. I will work closely with you to create customized workout plans that fit your lifestyle and goals.

    Hybrid

    In-Person Motivation With Online Convenience

    Hybrid training offers the chance to train with me in person. You'll get a fully programmed, fully customized 4- week training plan with weekly in-person training sessions.
